High Dump - Street Sweepers - Parking Lot Sweepers
Complete with unitized body construction and a capacity of 2.5 yards. This high capacity sweeper has internal dust and screen separators considered to be the finest on the market. The interior and exterior of each unit is finished with extremely chip resistant polyester powder coating. Hoppers are fabricated of high yield, primed steel by AWS certified welders. Each unit has two large dump doors; one 30" X 58", and an 18" X 37" inspection door with boomer style retainer latches. The adjustable scissor type lifting mechanism is actuated by a hydraulic power unit and coupled to a unitized "Z" main frame. For up position safety, the main lift cylinder has a safety valve and safety pins.
The sweeping head is also constructed of high yield steel with adjustable tungsten carbide drag shoes. The sweeping head features include a 10" suction hose with an 8" blast hose, hydraulic actuated lift with two drag lengths and an overall length of 82". The sweeping head operates in either forward or reverse direction, perfect for parking lot sweepers.
The sweeper auxiliary engine is a "Kohler" Command Horizontal V-Twin Cylinder, Model 25. This engine has a horsepower output of 25 and a displacement of 44; maximum torque of 40 @ 2200 RPM. The blower housing contains a six blade radial pressure turbine which has been electronically balanced.
